IMADEYA TERRACE Kiyosumi-Shirakawa hosts a sushi, sake, and wine workshop on June 21

The Father's Day workshop combines sushi-making with a short lesson on drinks that pair with sushi.

IMADEYA TERRACE Kiyosumi-Shirakawa will host a sushi-making workshop on Sunday, June 21, 2026.

The program is led by Genta Muramatsu, a Toyosu market intermediary and traveling sushi chef. The workshop covers fish knowledge, cutting fish blocks, a sushi-making lesson, and making 16 pieces of sushi for two people.

IMADEYA staff will also give a short lesson on choosing drinks that pair with sushi, with sake and wine pairings during the tasting time. The official page lists two sessions: a children's session from 12:00 to 14:00 and an adult session from 16:00 to 18:00. Participants are asked to bring a knife and apron, and cancellation conditions apply from June 11.
