Kikunojo Kokontei performs Rakugo Edo Meguri in Fukagawa on September 26

Rakugo storyteller Kikunojo Kokontei will give a solo Rakugo Edo Meguri performance at Fukagawa Edo Museum on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The program features Nedoko, a classic story about a merchant whose enthusiasm for gidayu singing draws his workers and tenants into trouble.

The show starts at 14:00, with doors opening at 13:30. All seats are reserved: general admission is ¥3,500, the museum friends price is ¥3,200, and same-day admission is ¥4,000. Visitors must be at least six years old. Tickets are available by phone, at the museum counter, or online.
