Ryuhei Yokoyama exhibition in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa runs through October 24

KANA KAWANISHI GALLERY presents new works combining city photographs, text and oil paint. October 14 through 17 requires an appointment; October 7 opens at 3 p.m.

Ryuhei Yokoyama's solo exhibition, MEMOLYRICSCAPE / JYOUKEI, opened at KANA KAWANISHI GALLERY in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa on September 19, 2026, and runs through October 24. The gallery's announcement describes new works that layer the artist's own words and oil paint over his photographs of cities.

Hours are 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday, with visitors asked to enter by 5:45 p.m. The gallery closes on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and public holidays. October 7 has shorter hours, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and visits from October 14 through 17 require an appointment. Contact the gallery before visiting during that period.
