Taito Junior Orchestra holds its 44th regular concert at Asakusa Public Hall on September 6

Taito Junior Orchestra will hold its 44th regular concert at Asakusa Public Hall on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Doors open at 1:00 p.m. and the concert starts at 1:30 p.m. Admission is free, but a general-seating admission ticket is required.

The program includes Verdi’s overture to The Force of Destiny, ballet music from Gounod’s Faust, Grieg’s Peer Gynt Suite No. 1 and the fourth movement from Brahms’s Symphony No. 1.

Tickets will be distributed from Tuesday, August 4 at the fifth-floor reception desk of the Taito City Lifelong Learning Center, the Education General Affairs counter on the sixth floor of Taito City Hall, and city branch offices and district centers. The venue is at 1-38-6 Asakusa. The city notes that the concert may be canceled or postponed because of natural disasters, so check the official page before attending.
