Butterbear event opens at Solamachi September 12 with reservations for opening day
The third-floor shop runs through September 30; opening-day mini shows use a separate first-floor venue.
Butterbear Hello Spot runs September 12–30, 2026, at Tokyo Solamachi, 1-1-2 Oshiage, Sumida City. The shop is in the special venue on 3F, Tower Yard, Zone 6, open 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., with Japan-exclusive goods.
September 12 shop entry requires a free advance reservation through LivePocket. Booking opened September 4 at 10:00 a.m. and closes when capacity is reached. Check availability on the booking page linked from the organizer's announcement. Entry restrictions may also apply from September 13 depending on crowds.
On September 12, mini shows and greetings are scheduled at 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. at Solamachi Hiroba, 1F, outside the west exit, at the same address. Viewing is free. Priority-area tickets go to shoppers spending at least ¥5,500 including tax that day, first come, first served, limited to 100 per session. Crowds may prevent viewing.
