Nagahama City's Kita-Omi Toyotomi exhibition opens at Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center on June 6

A free PR panel exhibition tied to Nagahama City's Toyotomi-themed program will run on the seventh floor in Asakusa.

Taito City has announced a traveling panel exhibition in Asakusa introducing Nagahama City's Kita-Omi Toyotomi Expo. The exhibition will run from Saturday, June 6, to Monday, June 29, 2026.

According to the city notice, the display is tied to Nagahama City's broader program linked to the Taiga drama Toyotomi Brothers and will introduce places connected to Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Hideyoshi's younger brother Hidenaga. The venue is the seventh floor of Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center.

Opening hours are 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and admission is free during the exhibition period. For people already passing through Kaminarimon and the station area, this looks like an easy indoor stop to add before or after a walk around central Asakusa.
