Tokyo Skytree will open its Ryoku no Zekkei summer program on July 14

The first-time summer program runs through September 9 with observatory decorations, a paid photo service, Sorakara-chan greetings, and special lighting.

Tokyo Skytree will hold Ryoku no Zekkei in TOKYO SKYTREE from Tuesday, July 14, to Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The official page presents it as a summer event using the tower's observatory floors, shops, character greetings, and lighting.

The program includes summer-themed decorations, a paid photo service on Tembo Deck Floor 350, original goods at SKYTREE SHOP, and Sorakara-chan greetings in a sunflower-patterned yukata from July 14 to August 31. The greetings are scheduled several times a day, with some exceptions on July 25 and August 1.

After dark, the tower will also light three seasonal designs. The Himawari and Kingyo Yuei lighting is scheduled on selected weekdays from July 14 to September 8, while the Hanabi lighting is scheduled on selected Sundays through September 6. Details can change, so check the official event page and same-day opening hours before visiting.
