Kamakura Chokin Studio Tokyo Kuramae is set to open in Komagata on August 3
A new handmade ring studio is planned between Asakusa Station and Kuramae Station.
Kamakura Chokin Studio says it will open its new Tokyo Kuramae location on Monday, August 3, 2026, in Komagata.
The official announcement lists the address as 1-4-19 Komagata, Taito-ku. It says the studio is a four-minute walk from Toei Asakusa Line Asakusa Station A1 and a four-minute walk from Toei Oedo Line Kuramae Station A6. Planned hours are 10:00 to 18:00, with regular closures on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The announcement also says web reservations have started and an opening campaign will run from August 3 through September 30 for eligible ring-making courses. For people walking between Asakusa and Kuramae, this is a practical new stop to keep in mind, but operating details may still change before launch, so check the latest official page before visiting or booking.
