Advance tickets go on sale for Senso-ji's Denboin Garden and Ema Hall special opening
The opening runs October 30–November 3. The garden stays open at night, but last entry to Ema Hall is 3:30 p.m.
Advance tickets went on sale September 1 for the special opening of Denboin Garden and Ema Hall at Senso-ji in Asakusa, October 30–November 3, 2026. Normally closed to the public, the garden and hall will open as part of ASAKUSA CULTURE & LIGHTS 2026.
The garden opens 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., with last entry at 8:30 p.m.; Ema Hall opens 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with last entry at 3:30 p.m. To see both, arrive during the day. Tickets are date-specific and allow same-day re-entry.
Standard advance tickets cost 2,300 yen for high-school students and older, or 800 yen for elementary and junior-high students; preschool children enter free. Advance sales end October 29 at 11:59 p.m. Reception is near Okuyamamon, north of the garden, within Senso-ji at 2-3-1 Asakusa, Taito City. Photography is prohibited inside Ema Hall.
